This is an administrative office position assisting with the purchasing and tracking of company medical / DME inventory ( NOT a warehouse position ). Minimum one year of purchasing products and inventory product management experience required in the " healthcare " industry. Use of QuickBooks for purchasing, as well as Excel experience required.Duties would include:
- Inputting purchase orders
- Placing orders online and via phone with vendors
- Purchase orders, tracking, receiving and shipping orders using QuickBooks and Excel
- Good customer service skills working with other staff, customers, and vendors. Being comfortable using QuickBooks and strong Microsoft Excel skills is important as well as using Microsoft Outlook for email. In addition, the candidate should have a clear speaking voice and be comfortable placing calls and speaking on the phone.
- Experience with durable medical equipment or other medical products preferred.
