Laser Engraving Production & Inventory Specialist (Part-Time to Full-Time) Join Divoti Inc., the leading provider of medical ID jewelry, and become part of a team passionate about creating customized pieces that truly matter. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized individual to join our operations team. This position will begin as a part-time role with a clear pathway to transition into a full-time position. In this hands-on role, your responsibilities will be split between operating precise laser engraving equipment and actively managing our warehouse inventory. Because our customers rely on us for life-saving medical identification, every order must be expertly crafted, carefully assembled, and shipped without delay—which requires our stock room and production floor to operate seamlessly.

Core Responsibilities:

Laser Engraving & Production:

Operate and maintain laser engraving machines to customize jewelry tags according to strict customer specifications. Assemble delicate jewelry pieces and thoroughly inspect each item for absolute accuracy and quality.

Inventory Management:

Track stock levels of raw materials and finished goods, conduct regular cycle counts, and manage stock replenishment. You will receive and inspect incoming shipments, organize materials, and ensure the warehouse remains highly structured to support fast-paced production (must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs).

Operations Support:

Occasionally assist with customer support inquiries to ensure a seamless order process from fulfillment to delivery.

What we are looking for:

A keen attention to detail, good initiative, and strong problem-solving skills. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree (required). Strong computer proficiency to confidently operate both engraving software and inventory management/order systems. A high degree of organizational skill with an aptitude for maintaining accurate stock counts. Good communication skills and a readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, positive work environment.
