Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Supervisor to join a thriving team onsite in San Marcos. This full-time salaried position will primarily focus on leading the customer service team to support retail and direct-to-consumer customers. Responsibilities Lead the customer service team, focusing on retail and direct-to-consumer customers. Ensure seamless operations by cross-training with the food service customer success supervisor. Manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing best practices. Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to encourage growth and improvement. Ensure all customer interactions align with company standards and policies. Handle special projects and tasks as directed by the Customer Success Manager.
