Job Title:
Warehouse & Inventory Specialist Pay:
$22.00 per hour
Job Type:
Full-Time (Contract/Temp) Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and inventory control. This role is critical to ensuring accurate material handling, timely order fulfillment, and efficient flow of goods throughout the logistics and production process. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with inventory systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Picking & Staging:
Accurately pick, stage, and fulfill production and customer orders to meet shipping deadlines
Receiving & Put-Away:
Inspect incoming shipments, verify items against packing slips, and stock materials in designated locations
Inventory Control:
Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP system) to track inventory movements, complete transactions, and assist with cycle counts
Material Handling:
Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials and finished goods
Shipping Support:
Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling, palletizing, and completing shipping documentation
Team Coordination:
Work closely with purchasing and production teams to ensure material availability and resolve discrepancies
Warehouse Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license required Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred Experience with ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, NetSuite, or similar) Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus; training available) Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Skills & Attributes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly If you are looking to join a team where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are valued, we encourage you to apply today.
