July 23, 2026 Inventory Control Specialist Clearwater, FL $18.50 / per hour Full time Apply Now Back Job Description Position Summary The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring inventory transactions are processed correctly. This role works closely with receiving, production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to support efficient material flow and inventory accuracy throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • M aintain accurate inventory records.
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits according to company procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, surpluses, or potential stock issues.
  • Process inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
  • Ensure inventory locations are properly organized, labeled, and maintained.
  • Support receiving and production teams to ensure material accuracy and availability.
  • Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on inventory performance and accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to support operational needs and inventory planning. Qualifications Required
  • 3•5 years of Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, material management, or a related field.
A MUST
  • E xcellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong process-focused mindset with the ability to follow and improve established procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Preferred
  • F orklift experience. Physical Requirements
  • A bility to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to perform inventory counts and work in warehouse and production environments as needed. Salary & Benefits
  • S tarting Pay is $18.50 /hour
  • Working Schedule is: 7:00am
  • 3:30pm, occasional overtime may be required
