This role is vital in ensuring seamless warehouse operations, optimal inventory management, and exceptional customer service. As a key player in our supply chain ecosystem, you will leverage your expertise in warehouse distribution, logistics, and data analytics to drive process improvements and maintain accurate inventory levels. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer demands efficiently while fostering strong supplier relationships and supporting overall business growth. Duties Answer enquires by phone, email, or chat and providing clear information about products or services. Processing orders, returns, billing, or payments, and updating customer accounts when necessary Manage inventory control processes. Oversee warehouse operations including materials handling, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and stocking activities to optimize workflow and reduce delays. Conduct root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies or supply chain disruptions to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions. Utilize data mining, data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and Excel data analysis techniques to monitor inventory trends, demand planning, and sales performance. Facilitate cross-functional communication among logistics, merchandising, production planning, and warehouse teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications Bilingual English and Spanish - spoken and written Proven experience in warehouse distribution, logistics inventory management, or supply chain management with a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Ability to perform root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration across departments. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary; familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures is advantageous.
