Duties Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or AS400. Conduct regular stock audits, root cause analysis of discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy. Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier contracts, and manage vendor relationships. Utilize data mining tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Nielsen to analyze inventory trends, demand planning metrics, and supply chain analytics. Support warehouse distribution activities including shipping & receiving, materials handling, order fulfillment, and materials management. Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing stocking procedures, reducing waste, and streamlining logistics workflows. Manage 3PL (third-party logistics) relationships and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory turnover. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, or inventory control roles with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as SAP or AS400. Demonstrated skills in data analysis, visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and financial modeling to inform decision-making. Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and negotiation techniques with suppliers. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective process improvements within complex supply chain environments. Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment including forklift operation (certification preferred). Familiarity with demand planning tools like MRP (Material Requirements Planning), SQL for data collection, and logistics concepts such as shipping & receiving or production planning.
