Full Job Description Inventory Parts Specialist West Palm Beach, FL Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM TempExperts is seeking an experienced Inventory Parts Specialist for a well-established equipment company in West Palm Beach, FL. This position supports daily operations by managing parts inventory, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and helping technicians and customers receive the parts they need on time. Summary This role is essential to maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting timely repairs, and delivering responsive service to technicians and customers. Responsibilities Identify and order replacement parts using catalogs and computer systems. Process merchandise orders, invoices, and payments. Maintain inventory accuracy and track lost sales. Ensure timely parts delivery to technicians and customers. Receive, ship, and store parts according to company guidelines. Handle warranty parts and returns, ensuring proper documentation. Attend training sessions and stay up to date on product bulletins. Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications/Requirements Certificate from a college/technical school or 3+ years of relevant experience. Parts inventory experience is required.
