Job Description
Overview Keeping everything in stock and on track. This position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of inventory systems and the integrity of physical merchandise within Six Flags Over Georgia Retail. It ensures products reach the sales floor efficiently, price tags are correct, and all SKUs remain accurate. The role also upholds park policies and procedures while promoting guest satisfaction and supporting company profitability. Responsibilities Oversee the flow of merchandise throughout the park while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Process data entry for purchase orders, internal transfers, damages, and inventory adjustments. Create weekly pick lists for retail locations throughout the park. Assist with annual physical inventories, reconciliation, and inventory audits. Manage the daily ordering system to ensure timely distribution of merchandise from the warehouse to retail locations. Maintain system user access and provide training on inventory policies and procedures. Coordinate the physical movement of merchandise between park locations. Manage item ticketing and price changes, ensuring all merchandise leaving the warehouse is accurately priced and register-ready. Research and process distributions for items listed on the "Not in Park" report. Communicate with vendors to resolve inventory and merchandise-related issues. Oversee work crew assignments and follow up on task completion throughout the week. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
