No weekends. No mandatory overtime. We're a Boise-based e-commerce company, Skin Perfection (skincare and skincare-making ingredients). We ship more than 130 active products through Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and a third-party warehouse. This is an operations and logistics job, not a sales or beauty role. You'll be moving, counting, and shipping product — not selling it. We need one highly organized Inventory Specialist to run the logistics side of the business. You'll control the flow of inventory between our warehouse, our 3PL, Amazon, and Walmart, keep counts accurate, handle local pickups, and make sure we never run out of the supplies we need. If you like knowing exactly where everything is and working through a process step by step, you'll do well here. You won't be figuring this out alone. We already have written SOPs and the owner will train you on them directly. Small team, direct access to the owner, real ownership of your area. What You'll Do Prepare, label, pack, and ship inventory to Amazon FBA following Amazon's prep and labeling requirements Prepare and send inventory to Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) Coordinate inventory transfers and restocks with our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse Keep accurate inventory counts across our warehouse, 3PL, Amazon, and Walmart, and report any discrepancies Perform regular cycle counts and help with periodic full counts Track and reorder supplies such as bottles, droppers, labels, boxes, and shipping materials before we run low Receive incoming shipments and check them against purchase orders Assist with light manufacturing tasks as needed, such as filling, capping, labeling, and packaging products following written procedures Pick up finished products and materials from local manufacturers and vendors using your own vehicle Keep the inventory area clean, labeled, and organized Follow written instructions and SOPs closely, and communicate clearly with the owner and team What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment (e-commerce experience is a big plus) Very organized, with strong attention to detail. Counts and labels need to be right the first time Able to follow written and verbal instructions step by step Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and learning new software Reliable, on time, and able to work independently once trained Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record for local pickups Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move for most of the day Nice to Have Experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA shipment creation, or FNSKU labeling Experience with Walmart Seller Center or WFS Experience working with a 3PL Familiarity with inventory software or barcode scanners Experience in light manufacturing, bottling, or packaging Pay & Details $20-$24 per hour , based on experience and negotiable Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. — no nights, no weekends, no mandatory overtime Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS rate for local pickups Pay review at 90 days In-person role in Boise — local applicants only Free Parking, Downtown location How to Apply Send your resume and a short note telling us about a time you found an inventory count that didn't match the system, and what you did about it.
