The Resupply Specialist accurately and efficiently creates resupply orders verifying insurance authorization. The role communicates with customers to resolve questions or concerns, provide appropriate solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible that all centralized resupply orders are started within 2 business days Communicate with Norco customers clearly, informative, and professionally Verify Norco can be paid by insurance prior to sending supplies to customer.
