Opportunity Overview Position Detail Information Job Title Shipping Inventory Specialist Location Bolingbrook, IL Shift 2nd Starting Base Hourly Wage $18.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience Shift Premium $1.50 per hour Job Summary The Shipping Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining and monitoring current inventory levels. The Shipping Inventory Specialist will conduct cycle counts and location audits, assist in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies and work with other departments on inventory needs. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain current inventory levels. Process purchase orders as required. Track orders and investigate discrepancies and issues. Perform physical counts off inventory in order to maintain accurate inventory counts. Reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports. Receive, unpack, and deliver goods, restock items as necessary and label shelves as necessary. May lead, guide and train others. Participate in the recruitment of volunteers as appropriate to the area of operation. Will work on the production floor and operate equipment to move product, supplies, etc. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of related experience in inventory management is preferred. Previous experience operating a powered industrial truck and/or forklift.Age:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.Authorization:
Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships are available.Certification:
Must be able to become certified on operating equipment including powered industrial trucks and forklift.Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Skills:
Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to problem solve and perform basic math. Must be able to work independently without constant supervision. Must have good attention to detail. Must have computer experience.Environmental:
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions including cold temperatures.Flexibility:
Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.Compliance:
Must practice good personal hygiene. Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen, physical and E-Verify.
