•We are seeking an AI Inventory Support Specialist to develop, deploy, and support AI-powered solutions that improve inventory operations and business processes. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who is passionate about AI automation, full-stack development, and rapidly deploying production-ready solutions. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have real-world experience building and deploying AI applications and automations. What You'll Do Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools that improve inventory and operational workflows. Develop AI automations, agents, and integrations using modern AI platforms. Work with business stakeholders to identify manual processes and replace them with AI-driven solutions. Build and maintain full-stack applications that integrate AI models into business operations. Test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI solutions. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend new tools and capabilities.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building and deploying AI automation solutions (no entry-level candidates). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Full-stack development experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with Claude, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot , and other leading AI development tools. Experience deploying AI applications into production environments. Strong programming and problem-solving skills. Ability to work onsite in Joliet, IL area. Preferred Qualifications Experience building AI agents, AI workflows, and automation pipelines. Familiarity with modern development frameworks, APIs, and cloud deployment. Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate software development. Passion for learning and adopting emerging AI technologies. Why Join Us?
