Job Description

Job Summary :
Join RS Integrated Supply, a leading global provider of supply chain services, as a Logistics Associate. This on-site role involves diverse tasks such as receiving, stocking, issuing, inventory management, and client interaction. Your primary responsibility is to efficiently meet client parts and inventory needs, ensuring a seamless supply chain process.
SCHEDULE
Start on a day shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) for several weeks of training. After training, transition to a 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00 AM-6:00 PM.
COMPENSATION
$18 - $20
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to safety and security procedures, reporting any concerns promptly Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies Deliver high-level customer service to internal and external clients Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and SOPs Receive and process purchased materials, verifying against packing slip and PO Issue materials to clients, stage, kit, and perform tagging as required Keep the storeroom organized and support special projects as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Willing to obtain forklift certification (we will provide the training) Strong interpersonal and phone skills Basic computer proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Inventory Management Systems Ability to learn and proficiently identify parts Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills Adherence to procedures and deadlines Strong problem analysis and resolution abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a dynamic environment, join our team and contribute to our success in driving productivity and profitability for our clients worldwide.
