This is a highly hands-on systems and warehouse operations role focused on keeping orders moving accurately and efficiently through a high-volume shipping environment. You will serve as the primary problem-solver for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management System issues affecting inventory availability, order fulfillment, and shipping. This is not a traditional inventory-counting or warehouse supervisor position. Approximately 80% of the role will focus on D365 systems, troubleshooting, and process improvement, with the remaining 20% involving hands-on warehouse support. The facility currently ships approximately 250 orders per day. The successful candidate will help improve order flow, eliminate recurring system issues, reduce manual workarounds, and increase overall warehouse efficiency. Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management Identify and resolve domestic and international order-processing and fulfillment issues Troubleshoot incomplete, delayed, blocked, or incorrectly allocated orders Investigate inventory reservation, allocation, replenishment, picking, and shipping issues Monitor daily shipping activity and proactively resolve problems before they affect customers Analyze inventory flow and identify system, configuration, or process gaps Review and improve

configurations, workflows, and replenishment parameters Ensure picking and shipping locations have sufficient inventory to support daily order volume Partner with warehouse and shipping employees to resolve system-related operational challenges Identify root causes of recurring fulfillment problems and implement lasting solutions Reduce manual workarounds and improve order-cycle time Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory and shipping operations Provide D365 troubleshooting support, guidance, and training to warehouse team members Collaborate with warehouse leadership and cross-functional teams to improve shipping performance Assist with physical inventory movement when necessary Qualifications At least 3-5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, ideally within D365 Warehouse Management Demonstrated experience troubleshooting

issues—not simply processing daily transactions Strong knowledge of inventory reservations, allocations, replenishment, picking, shipping, and warehouse workflows Experience identifying system configuration or process issues and implementing improvements At least four years of warehouse, distribution, inventory, fulfillment, or shipping experience Experience working in a high-volume shipping or distribution environment Strong understanding of inventory movement and warehouse fulfillment processes Proven ability to investigate operational problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational issues Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse employees, leadership, and cross-functional partners Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems A four-year college degree is strongly preferred. Significant relevant D365 WMS and warehouse experience may be considered in place of a degree. Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or another regulated distribution environment is helpful but not required.
