Job Description
Inventory Data Entry Specialist responsible for supporting inventory transactions, ERP data entry, and material transfer processes. Job Requirements Experience working with ERP systems Experience with inventory data entry Proficiency with computer-based systems and data entry tools Experience processing inventory transfers or material movements Preferred Skills Experience supporting warehouse, operations, or manufacturing teams Experience maintaining inventory records within an ERP system Experience with inventory reconciliation or transaction verification Job Responsibilities Enter and update inventory information in the ERP system. Process inventory transfers and material movement transactions. Support operations personnel with inventory-related data entry. Maintain accurate inventory records and transaction history. Verify inventory information for completeness and accuracy. Assist with correcting inventory transaction discrepancies.
