There may be additional essential functions based on the unique nature of the position or environment. Assist with supply check-in at the time of delivery and verify against purchase orders. Forward purchase orders and packing slips to Accounts Payable. Distribute supplies to appropriate locations. Maintain a cost requisition system. Assure that the stockroom is clean, safe, and orderly. Mark all appropriate supplies for use with the inventory system. Obtain data on chargeable supplies used by each resident. Utilize spend down sheets. Assist with daily and monthly physical inventory. Maintain par levels Demonstrates satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with facility staff, Administration, residents, families, vendors and government agencies. Demonstrates knowledge of and respect for the rights, dignity and individuality of each resident in all interactions. Understands the importance of and respect for the rights dignity and individuality of each resident in all interactions. Demonstrates honesty and integrity at all times in the care and use of resident and facility property. Demonstrates respect for co-workers and responds to needs of residents by complying with facility policies. Assists Infection Control Nurse with stocking isolation rooms Assists Respiratory Therapy with stocking resident rooms with supplies. Ordering and tracking of rental equipment as needed. Assisting admissions with any equipment or supplies needed timely for new admissions. Education and/or

Experience:

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
