We have over 35,000 unique SKUs and are continuously growing. We sell through 3 avenues: direct-sales, eBay stores, and our own ecommerce website. We are seeking to grow high-volume eBay auction listings and are looking for the right person to join our team to manage this new area of business growth.

Typical Day:

▪ Support shipping efforts. Exercise your attention-to-detail skills to make sure the customer gets what they ordered, in the quantity they ordered, as quickly as possible. Requires being on your feet for extended periods and climbing up/down ladders to pull inventory.

▪ Lead Inventory listing efforts for the eBay auction site. You'll complete inventory intake and prepare all information to be entered or updated into our database. You'll schedule auctions through the inventory system and confirm listings are published to sales channels as appropriate. Requires sitting in front of a computer for extended periods.

▪ You are detail oriented. You can ensure top level accuracy of product listing information, accurately monitor inventory levels, and accurately ship packages and their contents.

▪ You can sit in front of a computer for an extended period of time. This position is largely data entry and maintaining our database by entering new and updated product information.

▪ You are committed to maintaining customer confidence by providing accurate product information.

▪ You're flexible. Whether it's being interrupted constantly, asked to work on a different task, or asked to take on a new responsibility

▪ You can effectively communicate. You can write a professional email and effectively communicate issues. You can respond to requests for information from team members or customers.

▪ You're a team player. You see how your position supports the rest of the team. You bring up issues as appropriate to get them resolved and are willing to help when it is requested.

▪ You are familiar with selling on eBay, including auction-style listings, and/or other ecommerce platforms. This is preferred but not required.

▪ You're a problem-solver. You don't brush issues under the rug when you find them. You bring them to the attention of the right people and can work as a team to come up with a solution on how to get it fixed.

▪ You're okay getting your hands dirty. We work in a warehouse with tooling that comes straight from the machines. You need to take the information off the parts directly and package them in a way to preserve them until they're ready to be used. Oil is involved.

▪ You're familiar with the following systems and/or programs: This is preferred, but not required. o Microsoft Suite. You know the basics and then some for Excel and Word. o eBay

• auction format listings. o Google Suite
• including Google Drive, Google sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, etc. o Shipping services and logistics
• UPS, USPS, FedEx, Freight, Importing/Exporting, etc.

We are willing to train the right person, but we need to see demonstrated experience in exercising accuracy in data entry. The smallest details are critical to being successful in this position. Requirements

▪ A valid driver's license in good standing is required.

▪ Subject to background checks.

▪ Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and climb up and down ladders.

▪ Forklift experience/training is preferred but is not required.

▪ Experience with loading/unloading semi's is preferred but is not required. Perks
