Job Description

Why You'll Like It Here Starting pay: $21/hr with weekly pay Healthcare benefits begin on day one 401(k) with employer contribution and match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Work boot reimbursement On-the-job training and skill development Tuition reimbursement Employee discount programs Core Responsibilities Operate forklifts and order pickers to load, unload, and store tires and automotive parts in a fast-paced warehouse. Use scanners to locate stock, put product away, and support cycle counts and inventory control. Work at height on racking that can reach about 25 feet, following all safety protocols. Lift 50 lbs repeatedly; occasionally lift up to 80 lbs. Use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires. Apply up to 40 lbs of pushing force when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires. Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed. Demonstrate a strong safety mindset and adherence to established procedures. Assist eCommerce, inventory, and will call teams as operational needs shift.
