As our distribution footprint expands, we are seeking a dedicated Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist to join our warehouse operations team in Grain Valley and maintain the flawless service our partners rely on.
The Role:
As an Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist, you are the backbone of our supply chain and the final checkpoint for customer satisfaction. This position goes beyond basic labor; it requires accuracy, an eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining an organized, efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Precision Picking & Packing:
Accurately select, verify, and securely pack premium beauty and hair care products to ensure damage-free transit and perfect order accuracy.
Logistics & Freight Management:
Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing freight, including loading/unloading shipments, verifying manifests, and staging inventory.
Inventory Integrity:
Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and maintaining a meticulous, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
Operational Collaboration:
Work seamlessly alongside our logistics team to streamline daily throughput and meet critical shipping deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
A reliable, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy. Capability to meet the physical demands of a warehouse role (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods). Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are paramount. Competitive Pay:
$17.00 to $18.00 per hour to start.
