Job Description Summary:

This role supports shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations for technology equipment and parts within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with inventory management, cycle counts, shipping systems, and material handling equipment. You'll work closely with a small production team to maintain accurate inventory, prepare IT assets for shipment, and resolve processing issues. This position is well suited for a dependable warehouse professional who works safely, independently, and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Receive, verify, approve, and process warehouse order requests and inbound shipments Prepare shipping documentation for UPS, FedEx, LTL, and full truckload shipments Reconcile shipping and receiving records daily to maintain inventory accuracy Perform scanning, inventory tracking, cycle counts, audits, and inventory research Operate pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts to move and store materials safely Maintain an organized, clean, and OSHA/DOT/EPA-compliant work environment

Experience You'll Need:

2+ years of inventory control experience, including cycle counts and full inventory cycles 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience using UPS WorldShip, FedEx tools, or comparable systems 2+ years of pallet jack and sit-down forklift experience, including elevated pallet locations High school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, inventory systems, and shipping software Ability to lift, carry, box, unbox, stack, push, and pull materials weighing up to 65 pounds Ability to work an 8-10 hour shift on your feet and support overtime, Saturdays, holidays, and multi-shift operations as needed Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and HazMat requirements is a plus
