Inventory Control/Warehouse SpecialistsLocation:

lee summit, Missouri (Onsite) Role OverviewWe are seeking warehouse team members to join a small, experienced team. In this role, you will provide shipping and receiving for orders processed through Technology Services and the Enterprise Repair Depot. You will work with a lead and a small production team to ensure adequate inventory of parts and equipment is stocked and ready to ship, while maintaining a safe and dependable work environment. Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, approve, and process order requests.



Generate proper documentation for shipping small packages (UPS and FedEx), LTL, and full truck loads.



Reconcile shipping and receiving documentation daily to maintain inventory accountability.



Maintain work area organization, efficiency, and cleanliness.



Work with shipping vendors to ensure timely delivery and receiving services.



Research inventory processing issues for shipping, receiving, and general warehousing.



Manage daily scheduling, staffing, material management, compliance, and training activities.



Lift, carry, and stack items up to 65 pounds.



Work in a multi-shift operation during peak seasons with extended hours.



Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and company regulations, with an emphasis on HazMat requirements.

Required QualificationsEducation:

An Associate's degree or a High School Diploma is required.

Experience:

A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required. This includes inventory control experience with cycle counts and quarterly inventories, as well as two years of experience operating a pallet jack or sit-down forklift with overhead pallet locations up to 32 feet. Experience assisting internal or external customers is also necessary.

Skills:

Candidates must have shipping and receiving experience using UPS WorldShip or FedEx tools. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of inventory systems and common shipping software are required. Applicants must possess the ability to organize, comprehend, and carry out verbal and written instructions, along with effective communication skills. The role requires the ability to consistently lift, carry, box, unbox, and stack up to 65 pounds unaided and work on your feet for an 8 to 10-hour workday. Availability for overtime hours, including Saturdays and holidays, is also required.
