ABOUT THE ROLE

Fouress Synergy LLC is looking for an experienced Zoho Inventory Specialist to manage, configure, and optimize our inventory operations on the Zoho platform, supporting smooth day-to-day operations across our U.S. business. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Cary, NC office. You will own our inventory setup end to end — from stock levels and orders to integrations and reporting — and help us keep operations accurate, efficient, and scalable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up, configure, and manage Zoho Inventory for the organization. Manage stock levels across warehouses and multi-location inventory. Handle purchase orders, sales orders, and stock transfers. Integrate Zoho Inventory with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and sales channels (e.g., Shopify, Amazon). Generate inventory, sales, and stock reports for leadership. Troubleshoot system issues and train staff on Zoho Inventory usage. Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and minimize discrepancies. Build and automate workflows for efficient inventory tracking. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Commerce, IT, or a related field). Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on Zoho Inventory experience (required). Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, or other Zoho apps is a plus. Solid understanding of inventory concepts (SKU management, batch/lot tracking, reorder points). Strong Excel and reporting skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG inventory management is an advantage. This is a full-time, on-site role (approximately 44 hours per week) based at our office at 5000 Centregreen Way, Suite 500, Cary, NC 27513. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay:
