Job Description

Supply Management Specialist responsible for cost reduction, risk mitigation, engineering change implementation, supplier coordination, and supply chain improvement initiatives. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent related work experience. Experience leading projects, including planning, resource coordination, and implementation. Experience supporting cost reduction and risk mitigation initiatives. Experience with Excel and data analytics. Experience supporting engineering change or product change processes. Experience working with suppliers and engineering teams on product specifications and implementation activities. Preferred Skills 3+ years of supply chain experience. Experience managing supplier relationships. Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment. Experience with Engineering Change Management processes. Experience supporting supplier cost reduction initiatives. Job Responsibilities Manage cost reduction and risk mitigation projects from planning through implementation. Support Engineering Change Management processes for design changes and product improvements. Coordinate implementation activities to minimize disruption to production. Work with engineering teams and suppliers to review product specifications. Evaluate sourcing and product requirements to support quality and total cost objectives. Develop implementation plans for supply chain and engineering changes. Coordinate resources and project activities across supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams. Track project progress and support timely completion of assigned initiatives. Analyze supply chain data using Excel and related analytical tools. Support supplier-related activities associated with product changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
