Job Description

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday at the Jockey Distribution Center in Cooleemee, NC, near Mocksville, NC in Davie County a Piedmont Triad Community. This position will be primarily responsible for the DC inventory accuracy and control processes to ensure accuracy of inventory and reporting of goods in and out of the DC's FTZ Zone. This is a warehouse environment and may require frequent standing and walking throughout the day.
JOB EXPECTATIONS
Ensure inventory accuracy through utilizing systems including WMS, D365, and QAD FTZ software Establish and monitor operational procedures for activity such as verification and validation of incoming shipments Develop reports and processes that ensure accurate inventory levels for finished goods with 99% accuracy Review, compare, and edit inventory records and transactions using sound accounting and inventory control practices within WMS, D365, and QAD Communicate extensively with all functional areas within Jockey including Account Services, Finance, IT, Distribution and the Transportation departments Responsible for working with external auditing firms and providing documentation as required Assist with training staff in new system upgrades or new team members as needed Maintain internal and external customer relations Lead projects pertaining to inventory accuracy Cycle count inventory within the active Pick Bays and Reserve locations and report findings to the area supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management or 4 years of previous experience related to FTZ and inventory control processes Extensive knowledge of complex systems related to inventory control and inventory accuracy such as WMS, D365, and QAD FTZ software Experience verifying inventory accuracy and performing cycle counts Proficient with MS office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel Candidates must attach a resume to be considered for this position.
