Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and a highly detail-oriented Freezer Selector, Receiver, and Inventory Management Specialist to oversee our cold-storage pipeline. This multifaceted role requires a physically resilient individual to manage inbound freight, maintain strict data tracking, and restock pick operation inside our cold-storage facility.

per hour (Based on experience, inclusive of freezer shift differentials).

Temperature-controlled cold storage ( 85°F to -10°F ) Core Responsibilities 1. Outbound Order Selection Pull bulk frozen cases quickly to supply pick and pack operation. Build structurally stable, tightly stacked pallets to prevent product damage during transit. Wrap completed orders securely using stretch wrap and stage pallets at designated outbound docks. Safely operate manual and electric pallet jacks in tight, icy corridors. 2. Inbound Receiving & Quality Control Unload incoming delivery trucks and inspect the overall cleanliness of trailers. Probe and verify internal temperatures of incoming frozen freight to guarantee food safety compliance. Match inbound physical counts exactly against invoices, bills of lading, and purchase orders. 3. Inventory Control & Auditing Perform routine daily cycle counts to ensure physical warehouse counts align with system data. Enforce strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) item rotation to prevent product expiration and waste. Investigate, log, and report any shipment variances, product damages, or system discrepancies immediately.

Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience :

1-2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse setting (Cold storage or freezer background is highly preferred).

Physical Demands :

Ability to stand, lift, bend, walk for long shifts, withstand constant sub- freezing temperatures, and repetitively lift up to 50-60 lbs .

Pay:

$14.50 - $15.50 per hour
