Job Description

Our client is seeking an On-Site Service Specialist to join their team. As an On-Site Service Specialist, you will support a dedicated customer location by managing inventory programs, maintaining Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and vending solutions, performing replenishment activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong inventory management experience, excellent communication skills, basic mechanical aptitude, and a customer-focused mindset that will align successfully with the organization.

PM Pay Rate :
$26.00/hour What's the Job? Receive, stock, replenish, and organize products throughout the customer facility. Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock availability. Build strong relationships with customer contacts and support customer retention initiatives. What Makes You a Great Fit? Experience in inventory management, warehouse, stockroom and customer service Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities throughout the day. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
