We are seeking a motivated, hands-on leader who enjoys building teams, streamlining operations, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Shape clinic culture and support staff success. Help ensure children and families receive high-quality, seamless care. Develop leadership skills with opportunities for advancement. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple disciplines. Lead and support front desk team members, including referral intake, scheduling, and onboarding. Interview, hire and train BT/RBTs ensuring high- quality care Ensure efficient clinic workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Assist with billing, payroll, and insurance authorizations. Build strong, positive relationships with providers, staff, and families. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinical office setting Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Knowledge of pediatric therapy services (OT, PT, ST, ABA preferred) Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new technology Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards Ability to pass a background check Physical Demands Typical office responsibilities including sitting, standing, walking, and working on a computer or mobile device.
