Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children within school environments, especially in one-on-one or small group settings preferred Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to implement individualized behavior plans with consistency and professionalism Reliable, compassionate, and flexible in adapting strategies as needed

Key Responsibilities:
