Job Description

Service & Inventory Department SpecialistOverview We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Service & Inventory Department Specialist to join our dealership team. This is a unique and versatile position that will work across multiple areas of the dealership, providing valuable support to both our Service and Inventory operations. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, enjoys staying busy, and is comfortable stepping in wherever needed to help keep dealership operations running smoothly. This position offers an opportunity to learn and contribute to several different aspects of the automotive business. Key Responsibilities Complete thorough and accurate vehicle inventory condition reports , documenting the condition of vehicles as they move through the dealership. Take and maintain high-quality inventory photographs to ensure vehicles are properly represented for customers. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot , including vehicle placement and overall lot appearance. Provide administrative and operational support to the Service Director , including serving as a backup when needed. Assist with parts inventory , organization, tracking, and other related parts department responsibilities. Perform quality control inspections and checks to help ensure vehicles and dealership processes meet our standards. Work collaboratively with team members across multiple departments to help maintain an efficient and organized operation. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the dealership's overall goals. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be: Highly organized and detail-oriented Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage changing responsibilities A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Committed to maintaining high standards for quality, organization, and customer service Automotive dealership experience is preferred , particularly experience in a service, parts, inventory, or similar dealership role. Experience working in an automotive shop, repair facility, or other shop-like environment is also a plus. Why This Role?
