This role is responsible for maintaining an elevated, visually appealing store environment while ensuring products are accurately stocked, organized, fresh, and readily available for our customers. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for presentation, takes pride in creating beautiful and inviting product displays, and is exceptionally organized when it comes to inventory and stock management. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in both the look and day-to-day efficiency of the store.

Key ResponsibilitiesMerchandising & Store Presentation Create and maintain stylish, engaging, and visually appealing product displays that reflect the store's upscale brand and aesthetic. Ensure shelves, coolers, and displays are consistently well-stocked, organized, clean, and properly presented. Maintain accurate product placement, pricing, labels, signage, and displays. Develop and maintain merchandising standards, product placement guidelines, and planograms. Create seasonal, promotional, and trend-driven displays that keep the store fresh, relevant, and visually engaging. Assist with new product introductions, seasonal offerings, and promotional initiatives, ensuring products are strategically placed and given appropriate visibility. Identify opportunities to improve product placement, customer flow, and the overall shopping experience. Inventory & Stock Management Take ownership of inventory organization and maintain accurate inventory records and stock counts. Monitor inventory levels and track product movement to identify low-stock, overstock, fast-moving, and slow-moving products. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory counts and reconciliation. Monitor sales and inventory data to identify trends, seasonal opportunities, and potential changes to product assortment. Provide recommendations based on sales performance, inventory movement, and customer feedback. Receive, verify, organize, and properly store incoming merchandise. Verify deliveries against invoices or packing slips and promptly identify shortages, damaged products, substitutions, or discrepancies. Maintain organized and efficient back-stock and stockroom systems. Establish and maintain effective product rotation and expiration-date procedures to minimize waste and ensure product quality. Monitor inventory discrepancies, shrink, waste, and other inventory concerns and help identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate replenishment needs and work closely with management and purchasing to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Vendor & Team Support Coordinate with vendors regarding deliveries, shortages, damaged products, substitutions, and other inventory-related issues. Train and support store team members on proper stocking, product rotation, receiving, merchandising, inventory procedures, and backroom organization. Help establish clear procedures that make it easy for the store team to maintain merchandising and inventory standards consistently. Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout both the sales floor and stock areas. Previous experience in merchandising, retail, inventory management, specialty retail, hospitality, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to accurately track inventory and maintain detailed records. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues and take initiative to resolve them. An appreciation for premium products, current trends, and elevated retail experiences. Ability to balance creativity and visual presentation with operational accuracy and efficiency.

As additional locations are added, this may include: Establishing and maintaining consistent merchandising, product presentation, and inventory standards across locations. Scaling inventory and stockroom systems to support multiple stores. Helping develop company-wide procedures for receiving, stocking, rotation, replenishment, and inventory management. Analyzing sales and inventory trends across locations to identify opportunities and improve product assortment. Helping establish consistent product placement, display, and merchandising strategies across the brand. Supporting the merchandising and inventory setup of new locations. Training and supporting store teams to ensure company standards are consistently followed. Helping maintain a cohesive, elevated, and visually distinctive customer experience across every location. Taking on increasing responsibility for merchandising strategy, inventory management, vendor relationships, product assortment, training, and brand standards. As the company expands, this role may evolve into a leadership position overseeing merchandising, inventory, and product presentation across multiple locations.

Compensation & Growth Starting Pay:

$20 per hour We believe in recognizing strong performance and providing opportunities for advancement. While the starting rate for this position is $20 per hour , compensation will be reviewed based on performance, initiative, reliability, and the ability to take ownership of the role. Opportunities for an increase may occur within the first few months for individuals who demonstrate strong performance, consistently meet expectations, take initiative, and make a meaningful contribution to the success of the store. As the company grows and additional locations are added, there will also be opportunities for increased responsibility, leadership, and compensation.
