We're actively hiring for a full-time MaterialsInventory Specialist , with the opportunity to start in as little as 1-2 weeks. If you enjoy hands-on work, keeping things organized, and making sure materials are where they need to be, this is a great opportunity to play an important role in supporting our manufacturing operations while building your skills in inventory and materials management. What You'll Do Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and regular inventory checks Receive, organize, store, and move materials throughout the facility Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material issues Enter inventory transactions and adjustments accurately into the MRP system Move materials between warehouse and production areas as needed Organize and rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices Work closely with production to ensure materials are available when needed What We're Looking For Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, materials handling, or a similar environment preferred Understanding of FIFO inventory practices Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems effectively Basic math, computer, and data entry skills Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team High school diploma or GED Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM We offer flexible scheduling options-we're happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs.
