This role is essential to supporting daily warehouse operations, inventory control, chemical handling, and delivery logistics while helping maintain an organized, efficient, and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities Safely handle chemicals including filling, prepping, pumping into jugs and pails, labeling containers, and using containment platforms Thoroughly rinse, wash, and prepare reusable containers according to company procedures Monitor and maintain inventory levels, perform regular stock audits, and reconcile warehouse inventory records Ensure inventory accuracy within internal tracking systems Collaborate with purchasing and logistics personnel to forecast material needs and support replenishment planning Support shipping and receiving by unloading deliveries, checking manifests, organizing incoming materials, and confirming order accuracy Prepare deliveries by reviewing delivery tickets, organizing chemicals and equipment, loading vehicles, and ensuring accurate order completion Complete deliveries to customer locations throughout New Jersey and New York City safely and efficiently Maintain warehouse and office cleanliness including sweeping, mopping, organizing shelves, managing spill containment, and general upkeep Assist with proper disposal of materials and adherence to chemical safety procedures Help improve warehouse organization and operational efficiency Ideal Candidate Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain preferred Comfortable working with chemicals and following strict handling procedures Experience with shipping, receiving, deliveries, and materials handling Dependable, organized, and able to work independently or within a team Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record MUST be comfortable driving and completing deliveries in the NYC area Strong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed What We're Looking For We value someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, works proactively, and understands that warehouse organization directly impacts customer service and company performance.
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
