Job Title:
Inventory photography and audit
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will inspect consumer electronics products, along with other types of retail items from our stock, accurately identify product models and specifications, professionally photograph the items, verify the Grading, and update/audit to our inventory system. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, basic technical knowledge of consumer electronics, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Inspect and accurately identify consumer electronics products, including laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, smartphones, accessories, and other electronic and non-electronic devices. Verify product models, specifications, serial numbers, and physical condition / Grade. Research product information when necessary to ensure accurate identification. Take high-quality, professional photographs that clearly represent each product for online listings. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are properly labeled. Perform quality control checks to ensure listing accuracy before products are published. Communicate with team members regarding inventory discrepancies or missing information. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while following company procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, e-commerce, or consumer electronics preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers and learning inventory management software. Advanced photography skills and an eye for product presentation. Strong written communication skills with the ability to write accurate product descriptions. Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and quality standards. Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs Preferred Skills Familiarity with Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft Surface, and other major consumer electronics brands would be helpful, but not required. Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or Shopify would be helpful but not required. Experience with Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems.
