Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately Process returns and restock inventory Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records Keep the office clean, organized, and efficient Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous experience in inventory management, inventory control, or shipping & receiving Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using basic computer software and inventory systems Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality Positive, team-oriented attitude Must be close commute to the Jackson, NJ area The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is proactive, takes ownership of their work, and genuinely cares about keeping inventory accurate.
