Responsibilities Create and edit accurate CNC programs using

ALPHACAM

tailored for stone countertop fabrication. Review digital templates, CAD drawings, shop drawings, and customer specifications to ensure precise program development. Program countertop components for CNC machines, translating design files into executable manufacturing instructions. Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize layouts and workflows for efficient material usage and minimal waste. Verify the accuracy of programs through simulation and testing before production runs. Maintain detailed documentation of programming processes and updates for future reference. Stay updated on industry best practices and software advancements to improve programming efficiency and quality. Experience At least two years of CAD CAM programming experience within the countertop fabrication industry or a related manufacturing field. Proficiency in

ALPHACAM

software is essential. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Horus, or similar CAD tools is preferred. Familiarity with digital templating, slab layout planning, CNC machining, polishing techniques, and installation processes. Ability to interpret technical drawings and customer specifications accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
