Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail oriented and dependable Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous inventory experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records while supporting daily warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts. Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies. Receive, verify and record incoming inventory. Process inventory transactions accurately using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel. Prepare inventory reports and maintain organized documentation. Coordinate with Shipping, Receiving and Production departments to ensure inventory accuracy. Assist with inventory reconcillations and identify opportunities for process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or related field. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management software is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a warehouse environment Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 40lbs as needed. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

From $18.00 per hour
