Position Summary We are seeking a confident, self-starting Parts & Inventory Specialist who will pull double duty as a hands-on Shop Assistant at our Crescent Valley location. Because this role involves working around large, industrial machinery, prior experience with heavy equipment is encouraged. This environment requires a sharp focus on safety. You will manage machine inventory, track orders, support the shop team, and occasionally travel to active mine sites. Key Responsibilities •

Inventory Management:

Use Cat SIS and our company database (ABS) to inventory machinery and track parts. •

Data Entry:

Input and monitor critical order timelines, including start dates and completion dates, within ABS. •

Parts Handling:

Safely remove parts from heavy machinery and perform thorough cleaning. •

Shop Support:

Assist with small repair jobs, paint parts as needed, and keep the workspace efficient. •

Shipping & Logistics:

Package and ship out parts on strict timelines to ensure customer satisfaction. •

Safety Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to shop and mine safety protocols at all times.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
