The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling orders, stocking inventory, aiding in audit counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Process E-Commerce Orders

• Pull, invoice, & package jewelry. Fulfill Internal Inventory Requests
• Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments.
• Labeling
• Print RFID tags for new jewelry.
• Returns
• Process return, orders and tag items. Stocking
• Scan items into their designated bins.

Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking. Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Requirements Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must! Positive attitude with ability to accept constructive feedback. A desire to meet and exceed performance and service expectations. Strong understanding of teamwork and ability to pivot between tasks as needed 1+ years of relevant experience Basic computer skills Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word, etc)

Requirements:
