Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Admin & Controller to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee inventory management processes, ensure accurate stock levels, and optimize supply chain operations. Your expertise will help streamline warehouse activities, improve data accuracy, and support procurement and logistics functions to drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and ERP software such as AS400 or similar platforms Monitor stock levels, analyze inventory data, and perform root cause analysis to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies Coordinate with procurement and sourcing teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials and supplies Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits to verify stock accuracy Collaborate with warehouse operations on materials handling, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau for inventory analysis and reporting Implement process improvements to enhance inventory control, reduce waste, and optimize stocking strategies Skills Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, warehouse management, and logistics inventory management Strong data mining, analytics, and data collection skills with proficiency in Excel data analysis and spreadsheets Knowledge of inventory management software, ERP systems (e.g., AS400), and warehouse management systems Excellent negotiation skills for supplier management and contract negotiations Ability to perform financial analysis, pricing strategies, financial modeling, and demand planning Technical proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Nielsen data analytics platforms; familiarity with MRP systems Hands-on experience with forklift operation, heavy lifting, materials handling equipment, and 3PL logistics providers Strong cross-functional communication skills for collaboration across procurement, production planning, merchandising, and supply chain teams Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities including root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives Knowledge of e-commerce logistics processes and shipping & receiving operations Join us in this dynamic role where your expertise will directly impact our operational efficiency!
