Acting as a team lead, this role provides guidance to junior staff, ensures adherence to safety standards, and plays a key role in optimizing warehouse workflows. The Senior Technician is expected to operate with minimal supervision, troubleshoot operational issues, and support the management team in achieving departmental goals.
