Customer Service Specialist- Medical Supplies Flagship Medical, Inc. Huntingdon Valley, PA •Please only apply if you have experience in order taking of Home Medical Equipment & Supplies and or Home Medical Equipment & Supply billing. Flagship Medical, Inc. is seeking a experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative who wants to be part of a company that makes a difference in patients' lives. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all tasks and communication related to the intake of patient information concerning the service of durable medical equipment and medical supplies.

Job Responsibilities:

Intake of patient/client medical supply orders Data input for new patient and existing patient medical supply orders Communicates with patients/clients and referral sources both verbally and in writing to ensure patient/client questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner Demonstrate initiative and skill in troubleshooting problems and customer follow-up. Coordinates all patient information and processes paperwork Detailed & organized Complies with all applicable company policies and procedures to meet JCAHO and company standards Verifies Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage information requests

Job Requirements :

Experience in the DME/ Medical Supply business a must please (do not apply if you do not have recent (last 5 years previous experience) Preferably have, Hospice, Wound Care & Ostomy knowledge High school diploma or GED equivalent Employment is contingent upon a drug screening test and background investigation

Physical Demands:
