Job Description

Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory management and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating material movement, and helping ensure production has the materials needed on Responsibilities Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming materials and products. Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or inventory management system. Monitor raw materials, components, finished goods, and packaging supplies. Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Pick, stage, and issue materials to production according to requirements. Track material movement between warehouses and production areas. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory. Prepare inventory reports and communicate shortages or discrepancies to management. Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Shipping/Receiving teams. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency. Skills Previous warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus. Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accurately count, record, and track inventory. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move materials weighing 70 lbs. Experience Operating a

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
