Job Description

Materials & Inventory Specialist We're looking for a detail-oriented Materials & Inventory Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy and keep materials moving across multiple manufacturing locations. This role works closely with Purchasing, Planning, and Operations to identify shortages, coordinate transfers, and support production priorities. What You'll Do Coordinate inventory transfers between facilities and maintain accurate ERP transactions. Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and backlog to anticipate material needs. Maintain shortage reporting and communicate risks, constraints, and recovery plans. Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve transfer or system variances. Issue materials to production and coordinate ship-loose materials for key accounts. Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and root-cause analysis. Prepare inventory reports and recommendations for Purchasing and Supply Chain leadership. What We're Looking For Experience in inventory management, materials control, manufacturing, or supply chain. Working knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems. Strong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage changing priorities across multiple locations. Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills. Experience with multi-site inventory, manufacturing materials, Smartsheet, or KPI reporting is preferred. #eli
