Job Description

Job Summary:
The Scheduling Analyst prioritizes and schedules new customer projects for designated plant production based upon available capacity, availability of materials, and customer requested date requirements. The Scheduling Analyst communicates production schedule to other related departments and serves as 'SPOC' for approved adjustments to production schedule and related issues.
Essential Functions:
Work with the procurement team, operations team and other key cross-functional employees to align daily, weekly, and monthly production needs. Develop efficient, accurate, and timely schedule adjustments Maintain reliable and consistent attendance Analyze production and material requirements to identify areas for improvement and resolve scheduling conflicts Schedule updates should be communicated quickly articulating the change to project managers, logistics, scheduling team and regulatory Manage production order status and communicate changes to relevant project manager(s) Develop balance between existing and future customer demand needs with manufacturing and procurement to ensure fulfilment of customer demand Evaluate and prioritize production orders based on customer needs and production capabilities Monitor production progress and adjust the schedule as needed to meet delivery deadlines, with approval of the Master Scheduler Implement medium to short-term production schedules for designated plant to maintain tactical inventory levels through the creation of a supply plan to minimize critical product supply and demand issues Work with Master Scheduler to anticipate project hurdles and identify solutions Analyze Design Log to give lead time updates for production based on upcoming projects. Update and maintain necessary revenue reports Perform other related duties as required.
Required Skills and Abilities:
The Scheduling Analyst is expected to work with some supervision and a customer centered focus and initiative to proactively address production capacity conflicts which pose risks to customer delivery or loss of revenue to

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent work experience 5+ years of construction manufacturing experience preferred

): Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facility to determine needs Able to lift/carry 15 lbs.
