How You'll Make an ImpactMaintain accurate inventory records within ERP and warehouse management systems to support operational efficiency and inventory integrity.

Perform daily, weekly, and periodic cycle counts while investigating discrepancies to improve inventory accuracy and reduce product loss.

Coordinate raw material, packaging, and finished goods availability with production schedules to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Issue, stage, and replenish materials for production lines, helping teams meet productivity and customer demand goals.

Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and specifications while supporting accurate receiving and shipping processes.

Track lot codes, expiration dates, and
FIFO/FEFO
requirements to maintain product traceability and recall readiness.

Support food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and audit-ready inventory records.

Generate inventory reports, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.

Show Up ReadyOperations run across day, evening, and overnight hours to keep production moving.
Shift Time:
8 - 5:00pm
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as required to support production and inventory operations.
