Manufacturing | Full-Time We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Operator to join our leather manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in keeping materials organized, maintaining accurate inventory, supporting production, and ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments are handled properly. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and has experience with material handling, shipping and receiving, inventory, Microsoft Office, and operating a sit-down forklift. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies. Pull and stage raw materials for production based on work requirements. Maintain accurate inventory counts and material locations. Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification. Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments. Verify incoming and outgoing materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and other documentation. Operate a sit-down forklift safely to move, load, unload, and organize materials. Maintain organized warehouse and inventory storage areas. Enter and update inventory, shipping, and production information using Microsoft Office Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory concerns management. Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure materials are available when needed. Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices. Perform other warehouse and manufacturing support duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous warehouse, inventory, material handling, or manufacturing experience Experience with Shipping & Receiving Experience operating a sit-down forklift. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Ability to follow clear verbal and written instructions. Effective communication and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records. The employee must be comfortable working in an active warehouse/manufacturing environment and safely handling materials associated with the position. Work Environment This is a hands-on position that works closely with our warehouse and production teams. Success in this role requires good communication, organization, accuracy, and the ability to adjust priorities as production needs change.

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.50 per hour
