We are in search of an Receiving Inventory Specialist . This position will provide you the opportunity to be an active contributor to our logistics and production department in an exciting fast paced manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Manages all incoming, stock, and outgoing product counts. Keeps daily detailed records of all inventory levels. Manages and maintains inventory location and organization in conjunction with production. Orders required materials per production schedule Keep track of inventory levels from incoming and outgoing orders. Performs monthly cycle counts of entire inventory. Predicts future material requirements based on past order data and future scheduling needs. Creates and maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential required function of this position.

QUALIFCATIONS/OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent -Required.
• 3+ years' experience in inventory control environment- Preferred.
• Current forklift certification and prior forklift operation experience required
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish a plus.
• Strong organizational, mathematical and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and with teams.
• Able to interact with all levels of management, vendors and clients.
