Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist / Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing facility in Garland, TX ! In this role, you'll support warehouse and production operations by maintaining inventory records, processing shipments, coordinating supplies, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the facility. If you have experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment and enjoy staying organized in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records through data entry and routine updates. Receive and process incoming materials, supplies, and purchase orders. Assist with shipping and receiving documentation. Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies. Coordinate warehouse and production supplies as needed. Prepare and maintain production, inventory, and shipping records. Support warehouse, production, and supply chain teams with daily operations. Assist with inventory reporting and other administrative tasks. Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred. Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, or warehouse administration is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
