Job Description

Blue Ocean Inc. is a leading third-party service provider based in North America that combines fulfillment center, warehousing, technical support, and logistics along with after-sales support. We are a one-stop forward and reverse logistics service company that focuses on third-party online retailers. Customers have access to a turn-key system, a streamlined operation process, and a professional team to solve their problems with Life-Cycle Logistics. After more than 10 years of rapid development, Blue Ocean Inc has established mature and stable automated cargo distribution and return procedures. Currently, we have distribution centers in OR, CA, DE, NH, TN, PA, TX, and FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple locations. Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Coordinate cycle counts and monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts. Review inventory movement and usage to prevent shortages and overstock. Work with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory issues. Maintain documentation for inventory transfers and adjustments. Support inventory-control and purchasing process improvements. Travel regularly to company warehouses to audit inventory and verify compliance. Perform other purchasing- and inventory-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
Technical Proficiency:
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Suite Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom) Basic understanding of CRM or procurement platforms is a plus Bilingual required:
